New lady working at turner Rd waypoint, no customer services at all, doesn't even know what she is doing .

Hi would never use this insurance company again ,especially the Turner Rd one ,no customer services at all , friends say the same thinks with the experience, house insurance bad experience ever ,they don't care about people ,went in there new girl working no service left on back burner ,try another office .
